So earlier today me and the Sister went to a friends house to just hang out and watch movies. Sometimes you just need that Girls Night In, ya know!? Me and R. talked about our work, how our summer went and family stuff. It was nice to talk to someone that hasn't heard my stories 1000 times over. Even though my mom does try to act like it's the first time she's heard it, it's just not the same. We watched Guilt Trip and Though None Go With Me. Even when we weren't talking, it was very nice to just sit and not worry about if I checked the office email. The Sister hung out with R.'s sisters and painted nails and stuff. She needs that down time too.
Now it's back to the ole' grindstone. Eat, Work, Sleep. At least until Saturday. Even though I've been off for 3 days, I feel like I just came home from work and now I have to go back. But hey, my boss is Jewish so I get Thursday afternoon off due to Rosh Hashanah. But on the bright side of going back to work, you all will get to hear my wonderful tales! And let me tell ya, they're something else. You won't be disappointed.
I'm going to bed now...well maybe, depending on if there's anything good on Hulu.
